British people celebrate on 5th of November every year by Bonfire Night or Guy Fawkes Night . In this day the people remember the fact story that happened on November 5th 1605 about a group of men were trying to kill King James I.One of members of the group was called Fawkes, who was captured by soldiers of King after failed the plot. Fawkes provided all names of the plotters to the soldiers. Finally some of them shot dead and others hanged.
Therefore, nowadays the people make a model of Guy Fawkes
worn clothes from Fawkes time and put it on the top of a big bonfire. Also they are enjoying by watching fireworks.

In this occasion people celebrate by different ways such as dressing up and make parties. For that reason most of shops present many kinds of masks and dresses to buy and use them in Halloween day and they consider it as a good time to gain some benefits.
in this day may be you will find some families put bowel of food outside their houses to prevent the ghosts to enter inside homes. Also children have something to do called Trick or Treat that is mean give the children some sweet or be ready for some tricks that will be made by children.
moreover there are some games in Halloween festival for example Apple Bobbing in this game you have to take an apple from bowel of water by using just your mouth without anything else like hands or side of bowel to get hold of an apple.
Finally , i do not know if can summarise this festival in on sentence says bye bye summer welcome winter.

UK opinion of the EU
There is an article on Europe in The UK website has title "Public's satisfaction with EU membership highest in a decade" published on 30 June 2006 provides some figures and polls show that many British people do not know a lot about European Union (EU) and some of them blame the government for did not present information explain the exact meaning of European Union and the advantages that they can get from EU.
Also one of surveys talk about some advantages have been seen by some people for become the UK a member in EU such as increasing the available chances front of business men ,a good benefits for exporter and ccustomers in the same time and more chances for people especially in work or study fields.
taking all above in consideration i think the EU has more advantages than disadvantages and now the British people are getting use with EU.
Even the UK has a strong economy but still need support or help in some issues.

Would you like a cup of tea?
Would you like a cup of tea?
I’ve chosen Tea to talk about because I found this society like this drink very much opposite my thought that was the British like drinking coffee rather than tea. When I was reading about the tea in Britain I discovered something reminded me my family. The British people used to eat a small meal at 4 o’clock called AFTERNOON TEA .they drink tea with some traditional food and they usually invite their friends to share this time between each other. These days most people have a work so they normally eat their lunch at midday then at 6 o’clock they are enjoying to have HIGH TEA instead of AFTERNOON TEA. I remembered my family because we have a time to drink Libyan tea together after every lunch and dinner.

ROBIN HOOD
ROBIN HOOD
Robin Hood is one of some historical characters in UK who was as an admire for many people.
I’ve chosen Robin Hood for my writing because I consider him as a good definition for thoughtful and struggling conception. The man who spent all his own things money , time as well as his life to help poor people even he don’t know them. I respect this person by respecting his behaviour, he wasn’t care or think about his life, he was living for high target that was to achieve the fair between the people.
He made me touch the human feeling which many people now missed such as how to be thoughtful and helpful. I heard from many people that he was stealing rich people to help poor people by giving them some food or clothes, but I consider him an honest man and he was snatch rights’ poor people from the rich because all people in all over the world have right to live not dying starving or freezing .
Unfortunately these days most rich people don’t care about the poor or they are ignoring them in similar way that was in Robin Hood time. The rich people were completely selfish .they have luxury houses with many types of foods and high quality of clothes on another side the poor were suffering from shorting of food and clothes.
At the end I think we need Robin Hood again to teach the people what’s the difference between the human and animals.

The first time to visit UK
Even you can use the Internet to take a general idea about the place that you want to live in, you still need to see it closely and touch the real life by visiting it.
When i came to UK i didn't shock, but a Little bit surprising, may be because this is the first time for me visiting European country, and my culture is completely different make me find somethings strange. For instant why this country don't use a tab for both hot and cold water in bath?!!.Why they still using an old trains?!!. As well as streetdirections, it's opposite my country , so many times when i want to cross the road i was looking at wrong side for example i was looking at right side but cars were coming from lift side.
I won't focus on bad side only because there many things good in UK the environment, historical buildings and a lot of beautiful sceneries you can go to interesting by watching it.
